Our flexible service schedules are designed to fit your unique needs, with care visits ranging from 30 minutes to live-in care. We are available to discuss your specific requirements and provide more details about our services and professional Healthcare Assistants and Support Workers.
Our services are adaptable, allowing you to choose care or support packages in increments of 30, 45, or 60 minutes. These arrangements can be short-term or long-term, based on your needs. Please reach out to us for a detailed and competitive price list.
Payments
We cater to self-funding clients, direct payments, and Social Services commissioned clients. Direct payments are an option for individuals assessed by Social Services as needing assistance but who prefer to manage and pay for their own care and support services. This option, offered after a social services assessment, provides greater choice and control over the support received. Direct payments can cover either the entire support needed or just a portion of it.We accept payments through standing orders, cheques, bank transfer
